03 — Method

Three moves,
twelve minutes.

The order matters more than the intensity. Every instrument in the catalogue belongs to one of these three steps.

01

Release

Percussive work on the large groups first — quads, glutes, lats. Two minutes each, no pressure held longer than it stays comfortable.

02

Lengthen

Slow roller passes through the same tissue while it is warm. This is the part most people skip, and the part that decides tomorrow.

03

Settle

Five quiet minutes on the mat with the neck and shoulders unloaded. Breathing down, heart rate down, session closed.

04 — In practice

Built for the floor, not the shelf.

05 — Note from the workshop

“Recovery is not a product category. It is twelve minutes you either take or you don't.”

06 — Fit advice

Not sure which tool
you actually need?

Tell us what you train and where it hurts the day after. We will point you at one instrument — usually the cheaper one.
